HEALTHY BREAKFAST BOWL

This Fruit Granola Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl is a healthy breakfast recipe made with fresh fruits, granola and your favourite kind of yoghurt.

It’s a very quick breakfast that can be made all year with seasonal fruit.

Ingredients:

• blueberries
• banana
• kiwi fruit
• strawberries
• nuts / seeds, such as cashew, raisins
• your favourite kind of yoghurt
• Granola or Muesli

Preparing:

1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Add the granola.
3. Top with the washed fruits, nuts and seeds.
4. Serve and enjoy it!
